Yesterday, we had the pleasure of participating in the AIAG - Automotive Industry Action Group Town Hall, an event that truly highlights the power of collaboration within the automotive community. It was inspiring to see professionals and organizations come together to share insights, exchange experiences, and strengthen industry-wide connections.
As TCE Pro, we contributed with a presentation on Transformation Management, emphasizing how to lead change in a strategic, integrated, and sustainable way, especially in environments where compliance, standardization, and operational efficiency are critical.
We reinforced that transformation goes far beyond tools or procedures. It’s about mindset, culture, and alignment. When teams understand the purpose behind change and are engaged in the process, the results become meaningful and lasting.
